Hello, I’m Holli, the proud owner of The Sprucer Co. - a business I started in 2019 with the intention of creating a meaningful and impactful work environment.

What began to support my family has grown into a successful business built on the principles of integrity, hard work, and dedication.

LORENA
Originally from Brazil, Lorena now calls the Gold Coast home with her two daughters and husband.
Lorena dedicated herself to nursing back in Brazil. She shows a deep sense of care and commitment to everything that she does.

Working with Lorena is an absolute joy. Her infectious laughter and positive energy make each day a delight.

She brings a level of integrity and attention to detail that is second to none, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.

MICA
Mica is a dedicated member of The Sprucer Co. team, working with us three days a week.
She’s a proud mum to her beautiful daughter, a supportive wife, and someone who brings a calm, gentle energy wherever she goes.
With a strong work ethic and a kind heart, Mica is known for her reliability, attention to detail, and the genuine care she puts into every clean.
She quietly gets things done to a high standard and is a much-loved part of our team and our clients’ homes.
We’re so lucky to have her as part of our team.
LARN
Larn is the youngest member of The Sprucer Co. team — and also the son of our founder.
After finishing Year 12, he now works full-time at the local fish and chip shop while helping us one day a week.
Larn brings a calm, friendly energy to the team and is always ready to lend a hand wherever needed.
He’s currently on the lookout for an apprenticeship and we’re proud to support him on that journey.
Outside of work, he enjoys songwriting, playing guitar, and catching waves whenever he can.
